How to send transcript

Hi,

I was not sure how to send the transcripts to pharmcas? I started my application on Pharmcas and it asked me to print out Transcript Request Form. If I need to send the transcript request form with the transcript, do I need to scan it and ask the Registrar at my school to send it along with my transcript to Pharmcas?
Any body help?

Yes, you need to print and fill out the transcript request form and when you go ask for your transcript in your school, you need to ASK them to put the form together with your transcript when they send it to PharmCAS.

then I have no idea LOL! I just followed their instructions. My school has it both ways, you can either request it on campus, or you can do it online. Try calling your school to see if they can make an exception or something?

one of the schools that i had to send transcripts from required transcripts to be requested only online. there were an option for me that said "include attachments" and i was able to upload the document so they could include it.
if not, contact the registrar in person/over the phone to ask how you can include that form
