how to set up private practice office?

i heard from a resident that there's companies out there that you could pay like 20-30k and they'll set up an office for u including paperwork, supplies, instruments, furniture, pt records, computer systems, etc. any merit to these comments and any links? sounds interesting....

I'm not familiar with any particular companies doing this sort of thing. However, here's a helpful publication from the AAFP:
