I'm the titular administrator of my Nephrology practice's Windows Server/Exhange Server. We use it to communicate securely about patients, and we maintain a shared calendar that is created by our office administrator and shared as an Exchange Public Folder calendar. However, Exchange has no capability to "push" this calendar to mobile devices such as the iPhone.

Anyone here know of a solution that can do that? The calendar has to be viewable by Windows clients using Outlook. The only person editing the calendar is the office administrator, but her edits need to be "pushed" to the mobile devices of the docs.

Not sure if this is what you want, but it looks like it might be: http://www.techrepublic.com/blog/smartphones/add-a-second-exchange-account-to-your-iphone-4/1440

As long as you have exchange activesync setup/enabled correctly then it should, the iPhone supports exchange activesync with push out of the box.

Not sure which version of exchange you're running but you should be able to google something like "setting up exchange 2003 (whatever year/version) activesync" and find several guides.

This capability is part of Exchange, it should be a simple matter of checking a few boxes. If for some reason it isn't working, there is always iCal.
