How to study for Anatomy?

Hi guys,
I'm currently MS-I in midwest. I wanted to know how to study effectively for anatomy and histology/Embryo during first year so it would help me to do well on USMLE? I've Clinically Oriented Anatomy, Netter's Atlas and I'm deciding on Grant's Dissector and BRS Anatomy? What do you guys think about that? I do have First Aid and Step Up that I'll be studying along with the books required. Any advise woluld be great. Thanks.

Your first couple of years just focus on doing well in the classes. If you do that you will be fine for boards. You have plenty of time to worry about this when it gets closer to the end of your second year.
