I have the Pharmacy Practice and Law by Richard Abood from school, but it is a little to wordy. I wanted to get the Texas review by Gary Cacciatore, but could not find that online. Also, I cannot find a place that has the Guide to federal pharmacy law ready to ship. Amazon said it will take 2 weeks!

Anyone have any good suggestions on what book to read or how to study for the MPJE. I will be taking it for the state of Louisiana.

I'm from Louisiana and just took the mpje. I took it on august 4th and am still waiting for results. All I studied were the statutes and class notes. I'll send you the notes if you give me an email through private message. Best of luck.

Hi,

I am from FL and will be moving to LA in April and have ordered the law book from the LA BOP, which is pretty much a binder consisting of all the statutes found on the board's website, would that be sufficient to study and pass the LA MPJE (of course I would study the federal portion separately).

Thanks in advance!!

Can anyone please tell me how to actually study for this law exam. I mean do we need to memorize the statues and amendments dates and stuff??

I'm from Louisiana also so if anyone needs the notes for the law test pm me and I will send you the packet from the law review that was given out here that's all you need to study nothing else.

Early warning the whole test is situational. If you worked in retail it won't be that bad. I would skip all that federal stuff and stick with the state laws. Louisiana uses all the federal laws for narcotics so that's all you need to study from the federal part. I walked out that test depressed thinking I had failed, but I mad an 89. I don't know how they grade that test cause I didn't know half of the stuff on it lol
