How to study for prognosis and risk factor questions?

How is everyone studying for this? Would it be efficient to look up the prognosis of diseases on Medscape or some other online source? Dont think Master the Boards or UW Step 3 addresses this topic all that well or am I wrong?

Writing down the prognosis for a bunch of disease would take so much time. Any advice on how to study for this part of the exam?

If you study each disease comprehensively and good, there is no need to study prognosis separately. Don't depend only on UW. Medscape is good.
