What is the best way to study after passing step1?(step 1 material being fresh in your mind)

Is it just better to do UW/kaplan questions? Or should we study with text.

I did a lazy read through FA over 2 weeks, no note taking or anything just an overview to see if I totally forgot anything and blazed through UW in 2 weeks then took my test. Step 1: 241 Step 2:262

That's pretty atypical.

I pretty much only studied UW. Finished about 50% of it. Average score of about 36% in Med and Peds (got 60-70% right on others), and got a 226/93 on the real thing.

I did listen to the Kaplan Cardiology and GI lectures, but I didn't take notes.
