I feel as if the best way to learn histology is to watch videos online of someone explaining to you what you're seeing rather than just looking at a bunch of pictures (whereas gross anatomy is the opposite). Would you agree?

If so, what's the best Histology website out there? I did a search and found a bunch. Is there a general consensus on one that triumphs the others?

While it certainly helps to have someone explain stuff as you go alone, nothing beats looking at a slide under a microscope and finding stuff for yourself.

There is a thread right above yours listed: http://forums.studentdoctor.net/threads/how-to-attack-histology.1088766/

The other thread only had like 1 or 2 serious replies though... 🙁 🙁

Know the structure/function of whatever it is you're learning about before you bother looking at it under the microscope.

Why would your thread get more replies than the other thread?
