How to submit LOR

Hey,
I'll be applying for the first time this coming cycle.
So let's say I have profs who are willing to write me a LOR.
I heard that submission is electronic. How does that work?
Do they just write it in a word document, fill out contact info and submit it?

When you submit the app, AADSAS sends an email to the email you provided for your prof and they uploaded the LOR in a .doc or .docx format. its rly easy lol.
