How does one succeed in a post-bac program? There are so many different types of programs offered.

What are some of your tips/advice on how to approach a post-bac program after being out of school for a long time? If you completed a post-bac, what school? what gpa did you finish with? Did you get accepted into MD/DO?

I currently go to a great university and my post-bac classes are with other undergrads (e.g. between 70-100 people in bio lectures). I realized I am not at the top of my classes (high B's). I wanted to hear some challenges/success stories about post-bac programs specifically. 🙂 Thank you!

One succeeds in a post-bacc by working as hard as one can.

I started off my postbacc at GPC with a PB GPA of 3.8 GPA and am now transferring to Agnes Scott's (ASC) formal post-bacc because GPC is being a royal PITA. It's ok, ASC has had a 100% acceptance rate into medical school (all MD as far as I know) for the past few years.

Really it comes down to how much you read. Find a good study partner and know things about the class. Like are there practice exams or old exams? Meet the professor and ask them what you can do to ace the exam. Go to tutoring. Read online
