How to tell adcoms about withdrawals

Hello, I am currently applying this cycle. I have been offered an II at my top choice for late January but I recently realized that I never had a chance to explain a semester's worth of withdrawals on my application. For other schools I had the chance to do so on their secondaries but this school didn't give me a chance to, and this school only offers closed file interviews. How should I approach this situation to make sure that they know what happened and can take that into consideration when making decisions about acceptance offers?

Closed file means your grades already made the cut. There is no need to bring it up.

But I shouldn't contact the admissions office otherwise? I do have the chance to update post-interview, and I thought it could be a place to slip it in quickly.
