Hey guys!
I've been studying for the DAT for the last couple weeks and read some DAT breakdown threads that all highly recommended DAT Bootcamp. I went ahead and bought it!

What did you all think was an effective way to use Bootcamp? Should I take a few sections a day or take them as real exams?

Take them as real exams. After studying for a while, if you think you're prepared, take a test. Then study more. Then take another test, and so on.

Also always revisit the past exams on bootcamp

make sure you know your science materials before you even attempt them. They are pretty close to the real thing (from what I've experienced and by others), so don't waste the material unless you are ready to test your knowledge and get an accurate estimate of your real test score.

My score was just a tad higher than the DATBOOTCAMP, and it's probably because the real test is slightly easier and simpler than any prep materials.

Take the test with the timer on, read the explanations for the questions your got wrong, AND the ones you got right.
Take the tests again in a few months and some of the questions, you will still miss them again. those are the ones you want to master for the real test!

For the PAT I really enjoyed doing the sections that broke down each part and focusing on one section of it. I did at least 15 min a day of the angle ranking section until I could get almost all of them perfectly
