How to use EK 101 Verbal

Hello fellow MCAT studiers, I'm currently finishing up the Kaplan online course, my test is 8/7. Duie to suggestions on these forums I've went ahead and purchased the EK 101 book. I'm just wonder what you guys think is the best option in using it. Should I do 2 or 3 passsages a day at first then move onto full lengths? My verbal score from kaplan has gone from a 5 on the diagnostic to a 9 on FL1. Still feel as though this area is the worst for me. I did the first 3 passages in EK and got 60%.

Any tips are welcome. Thanks alot.
