How to use Kaplan Lecture Notes

I was wondering how some of you are using the Kaplan Lecture notes. Are you guys just reading out of them or are you guys using webprep as well. I heard the notes aren't that good if you don't have webprep. Is that true?

Some of the notes are good, like the behavioral science and phys/biochem are good. I use the lectures as a way to really cram this stuff into my head. If I try and just read through I find that I glaze over stuff that I "hear" in the lecture. It's just pick and choose as you go, I geuss.

If u have the kaplan live lecture dvds,play them on your computer and keep the lecture open in front.My lecture text notes are on my hard drive.So I have both the lecture notes and kaplan live lecture open in 2 windows, that way I can pause the 'live' lecture when ever I have to read the text lecture
