How to use TPR Psych and Soc?

Hello! I'm using mcatjelly's guide to prepare for the MCAT (here). I'm using the Kaplan version. I'm almost finished with the content review but am still confused as how to use the TPR Psychology and Sociology Review book. It says to do the "in-chapter questions" but I can't seem to find any questions other than the ones at the very end of each chapter (which the guide does tell us to do separately in addition to the in-chapter questions). Can somebody help me?

There are in chapter questions starting with the very first section in chapter 3, but not every chapter has them.

If you look at my post history you'll see my old schedule where I connected TPR psych/soc chapters with the appropriate Khan Academy passages.
