Since you won't be taking the MCAT until 2019, I would forget about the review books for now. Instead, I would really focus all my energy and effort into really understanding all the concepts in my classes. That is, not just get "A", but truly and fully get each concept in all the MCAT pre-requisite classes.
Depending on how strong your verbal reasoning/CARS background is, you could start reading a weekly journal such as The Economist or Foreign Affairs.
Since you already have these review books, you could read the relevant chapters before your classes and also take the particular book to class and fill in anything that may help clarified what you don't understand.
Having said all that. Forget about the review books for the MCAT for now and really focus on your classes and the other aspects of what would make you an exceptional candidate for medical school (EC, etc.).
