After applying to 18 schools and being overwhelmed with secondaries, I've decided to cut down my list a bit (with my stats I don't need that many). I want to take off three schools that I really would never go to over any of the other schools on my list, but does anyone know if there is a way to withdraw my application from those schools specifically? Or do I just not submit the secondaries?

If you don't submit a secondary you will be passively withdrawn.

Just don't complete the secondaries, as others already said. I noticed that for some of the places I applied, they do have a "withdraw application" tab. 18 schools isn't that bad though...

For the schools that have a withdraw application option, should you actively select this? (if you wish to withdraw)

Though some will send you annoying, repetitive reminders that they have not yet received your Secondary for many months before they decide that getting your Secondary fee is a lost cause.

I wouldn't... not so soon. Maybe in like October or November.

Thanks, I'll check and see if any of them have that option! And I know, I just don't really feel like taking the time (and money) to fill out secondaries for places I realistically won't go to. Maybe I'll change my mind and just submit them last, but we'll see.
