what is the best way to contact school to ask why the rejected you, call email, letter?

how useful do u think it is? would they say anything besides grades, mcat? like your PS was poorly written or Letters sucked

I would call, but don't just talk to whomever picks up the phone that day. Ask for the admissions director. They should give you a straightforward answer, and they should also give you tips on how to improve your app for the following year.

I would call only if I was rejected post-interview. Right now the interview season is in full force and adcom offices are really busy and don't have time to tell everyone whom they've rejected post-secondary why they've rejected them.
