I went to a career fair as a third year resident for kicks at a fancy hotel. I had to drop about 50 bucks in valet charge/tip and a couple cocktails from the bar, and there were only a couple pod lab/corporate path jobs. It was much more geared to primary care and the medical subspecialties. Pathoutlines is a much better source.
the fair is basicaly useless but the website has a few leads on jobs... not many but a few.... se skip the fair and just look at the website when you apply for jobs....
