i have been working in an orthodontic office for 3 summers now. I work 32 hour weeks and work all summer from may until the middle/beginning of august. Doing the math (32 hours a week x ~16 weeks of summer x 3 summers) puts me at about 1500 hours of paid dental service. Surely thats not how i report that. Is there a special way to classify dental jobs we have had?

One of the options you can select under dental experience is 'paid'. I suppose you could put it under the employment section. But I'd put paid dental experience under dental experience.
