hey y'all I just called Howard to find out info for you and they told me to tell you to call this number 202-806-0400 and you will be directed to the correct person... also, the person that I spoke with said that if you should know who the contact person is for you specifically based on the email that you received, but since you did not receive an email, I think that you should just call, it won't hurt to have another person know your name and show that you are interested (anywhere you go).
