How good is howard dental school?? It says that you only need a 3.0 too get in an a 17 on your dats.
 
Their stats should answer your question for you.

dental school is dental school, shoot if i get a interview with them, i would consider it, heck i would consider any dental school, even if its in bumble**** america

Ha... right. It probably says you need a 3.0 to be considered a competitive applicant. This is a fancy way of saying "we won't shred your application the second we take it out of the mailroom if you have a minimum of a 3.0" It is not the same thing as saying 3.0/17 = acceptance, which is what your post implies.
 
If I'm not mistaking it says 17 in each of the 8 sections on the DAT. Tufts also posts their minimum scores on their website as well, which is the following:

Minimum scores:
  • 16 Academic Average
  • 15 Perceptual Ability
  • 16 Total Science
Does not mean automatic acceptance --obviously. 😴

I agree. It doesn't seem the OP understood that though; look at their statement. Saying "I need a 3.0 to get in" implies....well, that's a pretty straightforward statement, isn't it.
