Howard Supplemental Info???

Does anyone have the information on Howard's supplemental? I had the email a while back and can't find it!!! Please help, thanks!

Is there an actual seperate supplemental application or do they just require the fee, transcripts, DAT scores and letters of evaluation?

I got an email back requesting the fee, but that's all I've heard from them

They require a supplemental payment of $75 which must be as a money order or certified check (personal checks are not accepted and will be returned to applicant). The email also states :"Your payment should be received no later than 15 business days from the date of this e-mail. "
