I just got a call from my recruiter about an HPCP don't know what the acronym is or what it consists of but any intel would go a long way. Let me know what it is and what you think about it or if you never heard of it before.

The recruiter prably said "HPSP" (health professions scholarship program).

Your recruiter may have meant HSCP (Health Sciences Collegiate Program). This is a program where you go through school on active duty as an E6 or E7. The upside is you get full salary and benefits of an E6/7 but they do not pay for school related expenses.

Thanks NavyFP he must have said HSCP I will have to look into if i believe it is feasible now and if i get my four years prior service credited for it.

Prior service would count. You would likely be eligible for Save Pay as well, if your prior time would pay you better than the initial appt would allow. Those 4 years also count towards pay longevity and retirement.
