I've been in the final pipeline to joining the USAFR, scheduling for MEPs and all that. And of course, on a Saturday my recruiter emails me the new FY20 for the incentive pay. He told me Internists no longer qualify for bonuses but didn't mention loan repayment. The table attachment includes the column for RC HPLRP on everything, but does this mean that is the USAFR does not consider IM to be a critical specialty we are also no longer eligible for HPLRP or is it eligible across the board for physicians and they're just including it because you don't get bonuses and HPLRP at the same time? Thanks, driving me crazy I got sent this on a weekend.
