HPSP'ish Question

So, just like the rest of you guys, I constantly get those HPSP emails. Today I actually read one, which is a change. It was offering a "Medical Tour (all expense paid/inclusive) at the home of the Army Medical Command and Brooke Army Medical Center in San Antonio, Texas".

Has anyone done this? Are they that desperate or are there preconditions? I am almost kind of interested just to check the stuff out, even though I don't intend to go the route. It seems like one of those too good to be true type deals.
