Has anyone used http://www.prep101.com/mcat/free-mcat-study-aids/ as a resource for free study aids? They have free passage based and free standing questions, and I was wondering if anyone found these useful, or if it would be worth it to use them for practice

They seem pretty unrealistic. I'd stick to the proven materials.
