Hi everyone!

During my first semester of college, I got a D in a science course. Ended up retaking that course and got an A. My transcript GPA is a 3.75. My AADSAS GPA is a 3.63. I have no idea what my science GPA is, but I would imagine it in the 3.5's, who knows. Anyways, do dental schools even bother looking at both GPA's? Will I be sort of "forgiven" for that letter grade from my first semester of college?

Thank you!

They will see a total gpa, science gpa, bcp gpa, and non science gpa. Both with +/-, and without. So they will have access to 8 gpa's total. Which ones schools prioritize probably depends on the school.

Science GPA is ANY science

-related course, yes? BCP GPA is all the pre-reqs?
