I am a 2nd resident in FM and am wondering if anyone knows where I can get any info on possible humanitarian opportunities in the Gulf countries?

You could join the Marine corps. I was often told we were a true humanitarian outfit because the world was so overcrowded, especially in places they send you, that the natural thinning we did was not unlike the park service rangers in Yosemite. Made sense at the time.
