I had a patient sent for medical clearance from a psych facility because she captured and ate two live pigeons (with a spoon). Visions of Sylvester the cat hiccuping feathers keep running through my head.
 
Oh, that is just NASTY! I hate to even ask, but did she give a reason for her meal choice? 😱

Beats me. Maybe the meals at the facility weren't fresh enough? I swear, when I smiled in greeting to her, her grin was so weird that I really though she was going to hiccup feathers.
 
What? You people don't eat live pigeons? They are especially great with ketchup.
