Hey guys, I'm a year pharmacy student who has to give a presentation on contrast induced nephropathy.

reading DiPiro they make it sound like contrast dye is the devil and should not be used in anyone because it will kill their kidneys!!! so I was hoping to find some images showing the same picture with and without contrast so I can emphasize the importance of contrast dye in imaging and diagnostics. Preferably something from the cath lab because that's where most of the data is and I'd like to relate the pictures to the rest of my slides.

Any ideas on where I can find these? I'm having trouble finding the same image both with and without contrast.

These images show 2 representative slices of a CT of the abdomen, the first one without IV contrast, the second one after IV contrast. The pertinent abnormality is a mass in the left kidney which contains fat and enhances after intravenous contrast.
