Where can I get / buy the PDF version?
I went on Amazon but couldn’t find its PDF to purchase.
There are websites that sell PDF versions but the prices are all different; can’t tell if I’m paying to be scammed.
I’m trying to find a PDF version so I can load it on my Goodnotes to use on my iPad (and also iPhone/Macbook) to write notes & mark on the PDF pages, etc.. I don’t use Kindle or Apple’s Books (files like ePub are no good :/ )
