Hi everyone. I applied to Husson University's DPT program, and I know that on the website they say that all the decisions are made by May, but I was wondering if anyone had any information about them potentially sending out acceptances sooner?

I am also waiting to hear back from Husson. I understand they just started looking at applications on January 20th, and that a good portion of the class will be from their freshman entry program so I'm wondering how many applicants they accept that are outside the school. Keep me updated if you hear anything. Have you emailed them by any chance?

I have not emailed them, no. But, I'll let you know the first thing I hear from them.

Based on my conversations with them, it seems like you have better chances if you have a good prereq GPA and math/science GPA...as well as ties to the University and Maine as a whole.

Also they said the committee meets every two weeks to make a few decisions and then they send out acceptances and wait for replies.

I know this forum is from last year.. But I'm in the same stressful position you guys were in while waiting to hear back from Husson.

Would you guys mind sharing what your GRE scores, GPA, and PT shadowing hours consisted of?

I'm trying to figure out where I might fall with the other applicants when being considered.
