Hydroxycut

My friend told me it has some herbal MAOI analogs in it. I don't know if it's true, I'm just going off of what he said.

It always helps to read the "ingredients."

I got to say though, it did wonders for me. I felt I could run longer and helped long term. I know a friend that pop two three caps before every exam. Did a full workout with it too.
I am not encouraging anyone to take it and I stopped myself but that was my experience with it.

isnt it Hoodia?? ma-haung is not available anymore
well I looked at this kid. This ad is a scam, because they guy has good body composition in the "before" picture, just some water retention plus may be just up to 10 ibs of fat! Low carb diet for 3 weeks and weight lifring plus running will do the trick of the "after" picture.
I have been involved in some bodybuilding and am a certified personal trainer, so there is no miracle pill, especially without ephedra. Hydroxycut as well as lean system 7 will help reduce water retention and may be speed metabolism but not that significantly, the person of course will need to eat much less to lose any weight!!!

That's why bodybuilders love it. I know a friend that benches 350 lb easy on that stuff...
If it no longer contains ephedra than it no longer has an "active" ingredient. On the subject of placebo's, what's up with this "Airborne" craze? It seems to be everywhere. My grandma had bought some when I was over at her house the other day and I got a chance to look at the ingredients...basically a big Vitamin C pill along with the usual herbal suspects. I guess the whole selling point is that the creator is an elementary school teacher...so she really knows about germs! Pure genius...I wonder if she still teaches or just stays home and rolls around naked in piles of hundred dollar bills.

Yeha, there's also thet Emergen-C! which is the same thing. A lady came in looking for a way to prevent colds, and didn't name any particular products, so I told her the best she could do is keep her body in the best health so it could fight things off. Sleep, exercise, and I sold her a multivitamin because she'd never taken one.
Still can't get my boyfriend to lay off the herbal diet and memory and such stuff though.

I think Airborne works, for some reason. however sometimes I think I have too much of it that I will have kidney stones before turning 30.
