My father has a high potassium i was wondering what are some treatments for this he went to the doctor for a blood test and discovered he has a high potassium level

What foods can he eat so he can lower his potassium level

thank you

You need to ask this from his doctor.

This place is mostly filled with medical students. I emphasize the word students.

Either way. an increase in K+ could mean anything from renal failure to some medicine he is taking, like an ACE inhibitor.

Let his doctor figure this one out for him.

EH.
