May antipsychotics help alleviate anxiety associated with with hypoactive delirium?

And is there a place for psychostimulants when the underlying cause is terminal? Or even benzodiazepines (for anxiety) despite their general contraindication in delirium?

In regards to those situations, you're generally operating without substantial evidence, but antipsychotics can decrease anxiety and potentially cause akathisia; benzos can reduce anxiety and induce disinhibition and worsening anxiety/confusion, and stimulants can help the dysphoria and apathy that can be part of a terminal delirium, but most MD's are wary of using stimulants in a delirium since they can probably worsen the other symptoms.
