I am hopeless on Reading section

at first without any practice, i took the reading tests on Topscore

i scored 19 on Exam 1 and 22 on Exam 2 on TopScore🙂🙂🙂🙂

and then bought the Aceiver software and i totally bombed the reading section. i got 13 correct out of 50 questions


on topscore i just "searched and destroyed", but i cant do that on acheiver - too many tone type questions



Is the real DAT closer to Topscore reading style or Acheiver reading style

defly topscore. i took two topscore RC tests and i scored 22 on both.
on the real thing i scored a 25.
its very similar to topscore if not easier....dont worry too much about achiver

but i scored 12 on achiever in reading, thats pretty bad

but i got 19 and 22 on Topscore, just wondering why there is a huge difference

hmm.. well if you searched more you would see achiever is stupid hard and topscore is a good representative of what you will get on the real thing.. in fact many have said they scored higher on the real thing compared to topscore.. so what you worrying about?

I actually beg to differ.
I got 21 and 22 on Topscores and got 17 in RC.

Overall, my exam was real hard. I had higher percentages than those who got the same scores as me. Can't complain, though. Mine was FULL of inferences and tones. Search and destroy was impossible. I tried to do it but failed miserably. I guess I wasn't quite equipped for RC
