My friend called me today that she had recieved the confirmation card for bench exam in August. She lives in Sacramento. I called just now and learned that I am scheduled , but now I have not recieved the confimation card, maybe tomorrow I will. I think those who applied and never scheduled can call dental board.

I applied the bench exam in May for the first time but I was not able to take it. I have not recieved the confirmation card yet, so someone who is the first time applicant and have not recieved the confimation card, don't worry. Call the dental board .

I also called up the Board office.....and luckily I'm in the August exam. I would like to buy loupes ( magnification eye glasses) if anyone is interested in selling them please let me know.

You can dial number "3" which is extension to exam unit, then there will be machine answer, after that , they will automatically direct you to the operator who will answer your question. Good luck!

Just dial 0 and the operator tells you whether you are scheduled or not.

I have not recieved the confimation card yet. Has anyone recieved the confimation card ? I live in silicon valley. I was supposed to recieve it today if dental board sent confirmation card out on Monday. Now I am a little scared.

for those who have received the confirmation card, did your card say anything but the fact you are in the exam? I wondered why they didn't just send all the information together with the card???
can't they tell us what is going one in one time?

I think the reason why they didn't send all of confimation card is that they have not made a final decision on details of bench exam in November, for example the exam date.

But I haven't got my card yet.

I feel a little nervous now. I have not recieved my confimation card yet even though I know I am on the list. I called the dental board but I couldn't access to the exam unit . All I can do is just waiting.
Sorry, I misunderstood what completedenture asked because I did not have a chance to look at my confirmation card . Maybe dental board will send another letter to applicants who can take August bench exam to let us know the details of exam.

I received confirmation card along with my original certificates which i sent to them.But in the confirmation card it did not mentioned the date of the exam it says that I am scheduled for the August 2003 exam at USC....
