The Pharmcas need to verify your application and GPA first before they send it out to the school. I submitted mine on Sept 23rd and got it verified yesterday. Some of the school that I applied just email me saying that they had my pharmcas application yesterday as well. So I assume Pharmcas wont send out the application till they got it verified. I've gotten 1 interview so far. Still waiting for 1 recommendation letter from my professor 😀 pharmacy school admission is like 50% stress, 40% waiting, and 10% fees haha

hey I have a little question lol sorry, I am filling my app right now (a little bit late but oh well) and I am totally confused with the transcript request form, should I take the form to admissions or whoever is in charge of transcripts in my college and ask them to put the form with it? I've gone to 2 colleges, one of them I was able to do it online, but the other one is not giving me the option of adding any form and not even to send it to Pharmcas...thanks so much 🙂

I attended 3 colleges at 3 different states lol. Yes just ask them to send the form with your transcripts. I was able to attach the form to only two of my transcript. no i didnt. An extra copy at my school would cost $15 and i dont want to pay for that 😀 I requested my transcripts in mid July and Pharmcas got them less than 2 weeks later. Yes definitely submit your app. It would take about a month to be verified and your references can be completed while waiting.

I am sending mine without the PCAT because I am taking it nov 6, without 2 LORs, and probably without my transcripts because I don't think they will arrive in less than 2 weeks, who knows, I think is ok to send the app without all that, somebody correct me if I am wrong 🙂

I don't think is bad, I have a friend who had everything but one LOR, when the professor submitted the letter, the school immediately sent him an interview, so we believe they were just waiting for that to offer him the interview right away. I am not too sure about the transcripts, before I submit the app, I'll check that, but without the PCAT and the LORs I think is ok.

for schools that require the PCAT, i'm pretty sure no. But there are schools that only require the PCAT for matriculation so they may offer you an interview. Just call to make sure.

no, I am taking the PCAT nov 6, how was yours? I am starting to get nervous LOL, and at this point I am like I don't know what else to study lol, I am doing Dr Collins and pearson practice tests and memorizing stuffs, oh in math is there a lot of calculations? I am really slow on that :/

I went to my school and was able to include the transcript form with the transcript and everything is ready to go lol, hopefully they are received it before deadlines 🙂 Oh did you guys paid $55 and got the courses entered? I think on paying that and take that out of the way but I am not too sure lol..what do you guys think?

Most of my transcripts I was able to include the form...for the one I wasn't able I included my PharmCAS id # in the addresse...PharmCAS c/o pharmcas id # It was processed with no issues and no delays that I'm aware of...

So that means we can send transcript without that form and it goes fine? I went to this school in other state and they don't have option for any attachments. So i was thinking on sending request by mail. I was so worried about the time its going to take to process. Its good to hear that some of you were able to submit transcript without issue.

Not sure if it always goes fine, but for me it did. My school was also in another state. You could see if you can fax them the form?

My school doesn't accept fax or email request. Ordering online is the fastest but as i said earlier no option for attachments.

Let me tell you the first time i took the pcat i got a 15 then I jumped 51 points. If you focus on Dr. Collins and get the microbio down solid you should be fine. Keep going over kaplan book for biology. For chemistry Dr. collins is fine and for math idk i didnt do well but i just did many problems as I can from interactmath.com lol

For me it took about 2-3 weeks for them to post, close to 2 weeks

It took them 10 days to receive my transcripts. Now, I am waiting for them to verify my application.

Most of the people here are saying it took 3-4 weeks for pharmcase to calculate their GPA. So, I am hoping by mid november I will be verified 😀

Yes, it will take several weeks for them to verify 🙁 After you submitted pharmcas did any of you guys submit your supplemental app yet?
