Seriously how does this program work? Is it the exact same format as that of usmle world? Because if it is, its not intuitive at all? Where do we put the final diagnosis in? When do you do that? How does the clock work exactly? Its way too "free" too many options. And why aren't we graded with usmleworld? Any help would be appreciated!!
