IDK what forum to go to but I assume there are some people who understand what they are doing here... so I had this root canal 2-3 years ago. I'm not 100% sure what happened but the tooth was later on pulled out, it was literal hell and now I have no tooth in the back left top side near my wisdom teeth. Now, years later, the teeth in the back bridged by themselves and a few weeks ago I feel it bumpy and really really sensetive and extremely painful, a small ball-like feeling on the top of the gum, and today I wake up, and now the whole area where the root canal was done is "swollen" or something weird is going on. It hurts really bad.

Any ideas? Infection? I went to the dentist, it was more around my cheek area and it was hurting my head, the dentists said it was a sinus issue, I went to the doctors and they gave me Amoxicillian for anti biotics, I've been taking them for 2-3 days now.

Follow your doctor's recommendations is all we can say. It is against board policy to solicit medical advice.

Sdn is not the appropriate place to ask for medical advice.

Most posters here are only dental students. We dentists don't know what it is without an xray and exam anyway, so honestly we don't know what your problem is.
