I am in Nashville, TN and I would really like to study with some one this time around. I am trying to take it in june any advice is welcomed. What should I do diffrent this time??? I have done kaplan and pass programs...can't say i remember any off it now....what is a good site for practice questions??? please help ...I feel like this is my last chance and I don't know where to start

Start from the basics. How did you do on the practice exams when you took them? Any particular sections you're weak on?

The backbone of most people's study plan is:

1. First Aid (most current)
2. Goljan Pathology Rapid Review
3. Goljan Audio
4. UsmleWorld question bank and/or Qbank and/or USMLERx

It might be hard, but relax. Don't overload on programs and twenty books and such.

And like the poster above said, use a small list of resources. With those, focus your energy on knowing that material inside and out. If you have a question about something, by June you should be to the point where you can almost flip to that exact page that contains the information you're looking for -- assuming it's in your resources. And if it's not, don't even worry about it. That one question won't kill you.

Maybe it's time to shell out the 6K for a falcon review live course? Aren't they considered the gold standard for people who are having problems with this test? Just I thought, I've never used them.

BTW, I've also heard that their online course is terrible, so don't consider that a middle ground between test prep and going it alone.
