Guys how can I prepare myself? Is that just for the formality of the whole process? Can I get rejected by Ross???

There are a list of questions on valuemd somewhere. Also, take a look on SDN's interview feedback for Ross. Yes, you could get rejected but only if you really blow the interview.

The interview was really informal. Just be yourself and you will be fine. Def. look up the questions on SDN, they totally helped. And other than that just relax, be confident, and you will do well. They want to see a person who is dedicated and capable of becoming a DR. 🙂
