I've been studying for about a month now. I was sort of studying before that but not really because I was distracted with classes. So I've taken 3 practice tests in the past 3 weeks and my scores have been 27, 29, and 30 in that order. I hope to continue improving because I was planning on taking 3 more practice tests before the June 16th test date.

I'm gonna take another test tomorrow and decide. If I score a 30 or above should I just take it or should I postpone to end of July? Btw I'm doing Kaplan's practice tests. Not sure how much easier they are.

Also, if I wait til July, does that make it way too late to apply for this cycle?

The answer depends. Which three FLs did you take? Kaplan 1, 2, and 3? Or 9, 10, 11?

Are your next practice exams going to be with AAMC?

You seem to be on an awesome upward trend, but given that the MCAT is in two weeks, are you sure you want to apply this cycle? I wouldn't risk it if you don't feel comfortable in your content.

Also depends on how recently you took your pre-reqs? Did you just finish them, or did you finish them two years ago?

If I were you, and from what you describe of your position, I'd reschedule to later after I've studied and finished TONS of practice problems, taken a few more Kaplan and ALL AAMC exams, and then take the MCAT. Sounds like you're doing pretty awesome for someone who hasn't been able to devote 100% to it. I can only imagine what potential you have - 35+ sounds within your abilities if you give it more time and effort.

Whether you want to devote more time and effort (say July 28th instead of June 16th) will determine and open up more school options as well.
