...I realize it even before I have typed it out. But it is a concern of mine. In pod school, how much time is spent working on your own feet? I have absolutely no problems working on other people's feet. I'm just self conscious of my own. It's not like I have a foot odor problem. I just feel they sweat more than normal. Am I the only one that feels this way?

You don't spend a lot of time actually working on your own feet, since for most things it is pretty difficult to get in the right position (unless you are really flexible 🙂), but you will definitely have other students working on your feet. One thing that you will quickly realize is that everyone has something interesting about their feet in one way or another. People in my class have very flat feet, very high arches, bunions, very dry feet, ingrown toenails, missing toenails, etc... Put on a fresh pair of socks before you go into a class where someone will be touching your feet if it still bothers you, I've done that trick before.

There was an interesting Dr. Oz episode, (don't ask me why I was watching, I don't know why) where he soaked a woman's feet in tea for like 15 mins so the odor and sweatiness she was complaining about would go away that day. If there is someone who know if this really helps control perspiration and body odor and why, please comment 🙂
