People are telling me that I am not too late and I am working on getting all my supplemental applications and recs out by the end of this month. You can sign up for the November PCAT! (it may be too late for October, but you can try! Visit the site...they might have a late fee) Visit the PharmCAS site for deadlines...many of them are in November - March!

Good luck!

Uhm, a little late, but you have to get your stuff out, letters of rec, transcripts (if necessary) and supplemental apps out. just be aware of those. It also depends on how many you're applying to. you should check pharmcas for deadlines. good luck. 👍

It also depends on what you mean when you havn't done anything. Have you started the prereqs? Got to give us a little something to work with.

just remember there are some schools with rolling admissions... the later you apply the worse off you are.

It is too late to apply for Novembers PCAT, 10/8 was the deadline. 🙁 So January is the soonest that can be taken.

I was planning on medical school. I received my scores and was surprised with a 5 in verbal reasoning. I think my chances with Medical are slim to none.

It's fine to have a back-up plan if you change your mind, but just be aware that admission into a pharmacy school is extremely competitive as well.

I applied fairly late as well. I bombed my first PCAT in November and took it again in January. It is still definitely do-able in, however you'll put yourself through a lot of nailbiting waiting for news. I found out I was accepted to pharmacy school the week I graduated from undergrad and there were other students who were accepted around December.
