I need a roommate in Pittsburgh!

Hey!. I just built a brand new house in Squirrel Hill (right near a bunch of the UPMC hospitals) and its 2 bedrooms. Since I live alone, I figured that I'd look for someone to rent from me and take my second bedroom. The house is fully furnished with new furniture, in a brand new neighborhood called Summerset at the Frick. It's less than 5 minutes from Murray Avenue and right on the busline (although it's only about 10 minutes to drive). You'd have access to the whole house and one spot in the 2 car garage. You'd also have free access to the pool/gym in the neighborhood. The room is 14x10 and has it's own attached bathroom- there's also a laundry room in the house. I'm asking $750/month plus utilities (which we'd split- the whole house is energy efficient so your portion would be about $75) If you're transferring to Pitt for residency/fellowship/dentistry and you think you'd be interested, let me know and I'll be glad to send pictures/show you the house! 🙂

I´m brazilian, female, 27 years old, general surgery resident and non smoker.
I live in Brazil and I´m going to Pittsburgh to enjoy observership at UPMC - Presbiterian on April. I´ll stay there for about 30 days and I´ll need a roommate housing near to UPMC. But I´m paying all of my bills and this travel too, therefore I can pay $ 500. What you think? 😕
