ok...so my DAT is in two weeks and I keep scoring 18s/19s on CDP. I got a 21 once but I mostly get 19s. I have done nine out of the ten tests and I'm beginning to think that maybe that's not enough practice. Obviously my scores are not that great. Should I get Achiever? I am a little hesitant because some people say is so darn difficult... what do you guys recommend?

I did every CDP test several times. And the sections that I did poorly on, well, I would spend hours doing them one after the other.

I only did cdp fpr rpactice and my scores ranged from 18-21 (once). On the actual dat, i scored a 22 🙂
If you feel that you need more practice, go ahead and get the achiever.... Its never a bad idea to get more practice! Good luck!,

Dont worry about CDP. I never scored above an 18 and got an 18 on the real thing.

Hi, I was scoring low on CDP at first as well. Then I did achiever PAT and started scoring 22/23 on the CDP tests. Some sections of the PAT are harder on the real DAT than CDP, like the keyholes section which focuses more on proportions than CDP does.

I avg about 20.5 ish and real deal got a 23. The real pat looks different than CDP so be prepared for that. I too was scoring 18-21 and only once got a 23 on CDP. You're good. but I know some people will disagree and say the real deal is harder

I would HIGHLY suggest getting your hands on some harder material. I often scored 23-25 on the Crack PAT tests and on my real test, it was about 100x harder than anything I had encountered. I almost had a mental breakdown during the middle of it.

GET ACHIEVER. Although my score on the PAT ended up being much higher than I expected it would be after finishing the section, I wish I had encountered some harder material than what was on Crack.

I've also seen the breakdowns of others who had my version of the DAT, and they also seem to think that the PAT section was harder than expected. Some people claim to get easy PAT versions, but be forewarned that there are some very hard ones out there.
