What is your gpa? your work experience? Which school do you want to go? A new pharmacy school or a respected high ranked school? Can't give you an estimate with just your PCAT score.
If your gpa is average and you don't have much work experience, I would certainly recommend you retake it. In fact, I would probably recommend you retake it regardless since 14% qa is very easy to bring up.
You can't guarantee you will nail the interview so it helps to be above average in everything.
I am guessing you didn't study for it since the math section consists of very basic math questions and even people who are terrible at math could do well if they study for it. Skip all the hard questions and just do the easy ones. I think that is the biggest mistake people make on the math section. They spend like 10 minutes on one question and end up missing all the algebra 1 question toward the back.
