I need Help

I know this isnt a place to ask questoins about health but i need help cuz im really freaking out over my gums. The ohter day i brushd my gums and some blood pushd up. Which was good (what my doc told me) gets the plaque out. Next day i did it harder and a lot more blood came upa dn wehn i was done, my gums weree sort of white, torn, and sore. Now my dentist said that my gums will heal fast and fine, but i need a second opinion, can anybody give one?
